For the past 15 years, I’ve used my experience as a consumer researcher to provide highly impactful insights to create actionable business strategies. I’m now channeling that knowledge to focus on creating powerful connections between brands and multicultural consumers. I am also the creator of the Voices In Color report, an annual deep dive into the attitudes, behaviors, and needs of Hispanic, African American and Caucasian consumers.
I jump out of bed with a big smile on my face each morning because I can’t wait to provide diverse perspectives that will cultivate brand love with multicultural consumers. This is more than a job; I’m on a mission to initiate a social innovation movement through diversity and inclusion. I believe brands can and should play an active role in this movement.
